Stuck in Additional Random Verification

On October 26, 2018, I received an email from Airbnb that said my account was randomly selected as a host for additional verifications. My listing was snoozed and the ensuing frustration began!  Now after almost 2 weeks of nothing but delay after delay, repeat form email after form email and customer service who says their department doesn’t allow incoming calls I don’t know what to do!  I’ve invested over $2000 to make a room worthy of a guest room and also a bathroom remodel!  I keep getting the run around and no one will give me any answers except just be patient it’ll take a little longer ... a few days go by and I get another email that keeps saying just a few more days etc. I’m losing money every day I can’t have my listing live for bookings!  Anyone else have similar experiences or advice for me??
