Superhost status

Hi there

I was expecting to get Super Host status as I have 11 reviews all meeting the requirements. Who do I contact at airBnb to get this badge? I was waiting for the 1st July review date, which has come and gone.

Hi Lisa,

If you look on your Stats page at the bottom it should say 'pending assessment' which I think takes until about 14th July.  You'll then get an email from Airbnb - you don't have to get in touch with them.

Josephine is correct. Granting Superhost is automated. If you qualify you will be notified and receive the logo on your listing page automatically 10 to 14 days after the review period ends. Superhost reviews are performed only quarterly- March, July and October- so lots of people are waiting right now!
