Syncing Google calendar to Airbnb calendar solved

I had been in contact with Airbnb to help with syncing Goolge calendar to Airbnb's calendar. Athough the people at Airbnb acknowledged it was an ongoing issue and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping, I had to figure this out on my own as customer service quietly dissapeared around this issue.

The solution was simple:

Choose the Google calendar you want to sync.

Go to 'Calendar settings' copy 'secret address in iCal format' (I had been copying and pasting 'public address in iCal format' that did not work)

In airbnb's hosting site go to the appropriate Listing, click on Availability, click on import calendar and then paste 'secret address in iCal format link from your Google calendar.

That should do it!
