System won't let us review

My wife and daughter and I just returned from a trip. One of the accommodations and hosts was very bad. We attempted to write a review but the AirBnB website would not let us do so. This has never happened to us before. Most of our experiences as AirBnb have been good and we have written many favorable reviews. We should not be blocked from writing an honest review about an unfavorable experience. This is a disservice to AirBnB and all of its users.

You must leave your review within the 14 day time frame.  Outside this frame, there is no option to leave a review.  

There are also restrictions if you cancelled or did not stay.
