Does anyone know how airbnb reports the taxes? Is it in each hosts name?

They do not go in your name. You do not report AirBnB's earnings to the state of Texas on the occupency tax. Print off the 6% taxes that they paid for your records because the county/city tax reports will show a higher earning level than reported to the state and this will prove they have been collected.

Here's how to get to the tax information:

You go to the Progess Tab, then click on Earning and scrolled down to Transaction History click on this. In the righthand corner of this area is an option that says Gross Earnings. It shows you what AirBnB paid in taxes.
