The Payment transfer

Hi Everyone

I have some question about the paymnet. If Airbnb have paid out and they said that I should get the money in my account on 28 June 17 is it USA time or Local time because I have check out my account but It doesn't show up the money tranfer in yet. If the transaction is not completed on their side, they it's should not show Paid on Transaction history right?
