The 'views' section of 'stats' isn't working,

Hi Community!

I'm wondering, how can I contact Airbnb?

The 'views' section of 'stats' isn't working, I haven't had any data for 6 days now, when it says 'data may be delayed up to 3 days' only. I rely on this data to know what to do with my ad. How can I contact Airbnb to get this function working again please?

True, the stats are not working (again)!

I contacted them yesterday about another issue (my listing was suddenly not available and I panicked!), and then we discussed stats as well. they said their support staff is working hard to fix it, but it seems it might be some big bug 😕

My stats were showing OK this afternoon, all up to date including the missing 6 days. Just gone to check them again now and it's all gone, everything for the past year! All the stats gone, not just the last 6 days 😕
