Third Party Reservations

First of all, I am new to Air BNB. I have been hosting since july but i never travelled through Air BNB yet. I could not ask for better guest it has been great. I'm courious about third party resevations. My last two guest did not even make their own reservation. Because of this there was an assumtion there was a TV and now I have a guy that has allergies to my cats. The bedroom is cat free and he is ok. What happens when if the guest can not stay because of a situation like this? My listing includes my pets and all relevent information.

@Calvin24  Third party reservations are not supported by the Air BNB platform unless it is completed by a registered business traveler.  You are not able to review the guest or obtain payment for any damages by a third party reservation.  Suggest you avoid such reservations.  Guests that book third party are likely to think they are booking a hotel room.
