Two email addresses

I would like to have notifications sent to two different email addresses.  One is my assistant.  How can I do that?

Failing that, if I change my Airbnb email address in My Profile does it also change my Airbnb sign in email address?

No but you can use mail forwarding to forward all requests to a other emails or set up a dummy email to receive requests that forwards to both email you want to receive the inquiries.
