Unable to complete ID Verification

Hi,

I'm struggling with the ID Verification process at the moment before I can complete a booking, and I don't seem to be able to find a way to discuss it directly with Airbnb unfortunately.

I have uploaded my Drivers Licence and a short video (I do not have Facebook, Linkedin or a Gmail account), but the process still won't complete.  When I attempt to follow the process to complete the verification it directs me to either add my Facebook, Linkedin or a Gmail account, or to add a video... which I've already done.

Any help or guidance you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
