Unable to view reservation

My calendar is blocked by a reservation that I'm unable to view. On my calendar, it simply says "pending reservation" and that the guest must complete a verified ID before reservation, but I'm not able to see the reservation in my inquiries. 

 

This is also blocking another inquiry (which I can see), and which I'm not able to approve because the above reservation is blocking my calendar.

Hi @Prashanth0,

 

This is because someone is wanting to make a reservation request but Airbnb is giving them time to get their payment in order.  It happens quite often and it is extremely frustrating as it takes your listing off the market for about 24 hours if the person does not confirm their payment.  I believe you can contact Airbnb and have them remove this pending.  I have had it happen a couple of times and both times, the person did not go through with payment details.
