Unpaid reservation since August 2017, airbnb just says we will get back to you . Host since 2012

 At this point I am very frustrated as I have not been paid for 2 reservations above. Especially  troubling that it has been since August 2017  and not a small amount  of $1556.85.  Over the last 3-4 month  I have been on the phone multiple times with Airbnb representativem but I get absolutly nowhere. They just tell me that already  the case is in correct department and I should hear back shortly, yet there is no payout, and noone gets back to me. As  a host I  should not be responsible for collecting payment from the guests.

I called them and sent them help requests through the site every day last 3 days. So far no response and help with the resolution
