Urgent messages

How do I configure my phone, so that I can receive urgent and currently hosting guest messages from airbnb with a different notification sound?

I am receiving lot of messages from upcoming guests, which I reply to them whenever it is convinient, but I need to reply those who are arriving today, and those who are currently staying with me instantly as those people expect urgent answer. (i.e. they are arrived and msg me, they are hungry and ask for my advice...)

Problem is that all messages come with same notification sound, so i cannot tell if this message can be deal with later, or it have to be dealt RIGHT NOW until I get phone out of my pocket, unlock it and look into contents.

I hope you can show me a workaround for this problem.
