VRBO seasonal pricing is easy. Why can't Airbnb make it easy?

I just updated my vrbo and airbnb listings.

With vrbo, you can easily set day, week & monthly pricing for off season and high season or any other combination of dates. These prices NEVER expire until you change them. Simple!

With airbnb, you set one daily rate and you can use long term pricing to set weekly & monthly rates for different seasons but you have to enter the amounts for each week and month for the next year. If you forget to change it when you get close to a year, tough luck. If a renter requests a week or month over a year in advance, week or monthly rates have expired. ALSO, there is no way I could find to set a discounted DAILY rate for off season.

As a host, I want a simple interface.

As my job as software developer, I can say that vrbo's method is simple and cheap to develop. Airbnb's is complex and expensive to develop.

Please make it simple.
