Hi Everyone!
I would like to know if it is possible to set a different cancellation policy over different periods of time.
Ideally, I like to leave my cancellation policy as flexible, however, over peak times (eg Xmas, New Year or long weekends) am I able to set a strict cancellation policy for that period.
I do not seem to be able to see an option for that as is on the site.
And if it is not an option, how do we send this idea to Airbnb as a suggestion as an upgrade to the program?
Second Question!
Also, a while ago, Airbnb advised that we can update our check in by setting up the check in with adding photos etc to assist in the check in process. I have been unable to do this. I can easily go to the check in area and edit it, but when I go to edit it there is no where to add the photos for this process?
