In this win-win scenario if we treated our valued guests beyond their expectation they definitely will return it with good review by creating favourable perception of Airbnb too. Hence we have to protect Airbnb first by providing top class service & genuine guidance to our guests.

Well said but AirBnb also has a responsibility to protect hosts. May I also suggest that part of the AirBnb culture is people hosting people. Based on this you may want to change your logo to a photo of the host.
