What should I do: I'm leaving for 3 weeks

I'm a host who stays pretty active.  I'm going on a Safari for 3 weeks and do not want to 

be tied to phone or email.  My Dec-Jan guest is set but what should I do for new inquiries?

I'm set for auto book currently.  Is there a discreet way to tell new guests that I am unavailable

until a specific date?
