Who has the right to AirBnB co-sponsored photos?

We are eligible for a professional photographer.
I asked if we also own the rights on those photos because we pay part of it. I did not receive an answer - maybe I missed it somehow. Does any of you know? May main question: Can we use those photos (if they are really good) also on booking.com, Tripadvisor, Homeaway, etc.?

After reading several posts regarding their quality I'm wondering if we should even start with this service.

Looking forward to some tips and answers.

I have no experience with this, but looked it up in Airbnb Help.

Quoting from the Help page:

"We want you to enjoy and share your photos, but note that they’re for your personal use only, and cannot be used on another real estate or rental site. "

@Axel84   AirBnB holds the copyright on the photos and they are all watermarked making it easy for them to be found where ever you use them. If they don't approve of the use or where you placed them they can request you remove them.
