Why are my listings not in my area? And don't show up unless I put in several filters? but homes

I have two listings in Playa Hermosa costa rica. When I go 'incognito' to make sure my computer is not caching info, i do a search and I can't find either of my listings. Is there a real person I can contact to ask why? If I do a bunch of filters, I can really narrow it down and find mine - but Airbnb will show homes up to 30 miles away when mine SHOULD show in a search for my town (which is pretty darn small). Help?
