Why do I get paid differing amounts for different guests when I charge one price for all nights?

Hiya,

I've hosted a few guests now and I seem to be being paid different amounts.

I charge £40 per night.

Some guests staying 1 night have paid £39 (£1 service fee) whilst other times I have only received £37 (details indicate that price is £39 with £2 service fee).

Anyone know how to fix this?  Ive checked my page and I have all nights down as £40.

I'm also new to hosting and I could be wrong about this but if you are on smartpricing the rates change according to various factors.

 I would call Airbnb and ask them. They have been very helpful with my questions. Call not email. I had no success when I emailed.

Thanks for replying.  I'm not on smartpricing.  What is the number or email to contact them?  I couldnt find this info on the website!
