Why is price in a recent quote lower than nightly price I post?

Air b&b get a cut of the money so it may be telling you how much you will be getting once they take three cut, or you have the price adjuster on that gives the lower price when its slow in your area and higher price when its busy

I have the same issue. I use a fixed nightly price f $159, some prices in my calenar for distant dates are incorrect and I recieved a booking with the following information:

Cleaning Fees $49 AUD
Guest Pays $493 AUD
Airbnb Fees -$15 AUD
