Why was guest allowed to make booking using Instant book for an arrival date past my host's limit?

My advanced availability settings is 6 months from now , April 28, 2017 so why or how was guest allowed to use Instant Booking to complete booking for Jan 22, 2018? We've had negative experiences in the past allowing guests to book too far in advance.

@Lorna-Enriquez0  There are many posts about how blocked dates get opened in error and booked.  Do not cancel by yourself.  Contact Air BNB had have them cancel since it is a system glitch.  Here is a community guide for contacting Air BNB.
