Would you accept a reservation request from someone wearing a full face helmet in their photo?

Hi - we are hosting a holiday home. We have received a request from someone who has verified email and telephone, but not Verified ID. Their photo is of a person in a full face helmet so that they cannot be seen.... this is making me a bit nervous about accepting theor request ... what do you think? `Thanks.

@Robin41

It's within hosts' right and Airbnb trust policy to see who is renting their property. A lot of people and new guests don't understand this and find it original to post landscapes, animals or in this case helmet heads.

Just tell them it's part of your trust policy to only accept booking requests for your property by guests with profile pictures on which they can be recognised. That also sends an additional signal that you stick to your guns. You can also up the ante on that by asking them after booking for full names of all booked guests and that there will be ID checking upon arrival.

Legit guests will be okay with that. If you still get a strange vibe upon check-in, you can additionally write down their ID no.
