'You're at risk'-Cancelled an instant book

Hi!

I have been an airbnb user for quite some time. Somehow, the instant book was turned on for my property without me setting it and someone booked. I had to cancel it and those dates were blocked. 

Now it looks like I'm being penalized and I am "at risk"

How can I fix this?

You have been an Air BNB user for a number of years, @Shaena0 but you have only 2 host reviews over a long period.  Unfortunately to the automated system reacting to the cancellation it doesn't have the advantage of knowing why you as a host cancelled.  I am not able to see your listing.  Did you remove or snooze it?

I think you could contact Air BNB and explain the reason for the cancellation and possibly get the host penalties removed.  Here is a guide to contacting Air BNB.
