a new guest booking confirmation is not showing up

Hi-

 

I've had a guest book from tomorrow through most of April.

I have pre-approved him, but he nor I have received a confirmation.

his dates are still grey on my calendar, and undernieth his message (on my dashboard)

is a message saying those dates are unavailable (but they are not blocked)

 

Please inform on next steps, Thanks

@Anthony13 so you sent a pre-approval.  Guests have 24 hours to accept.  Did your guest not receive the pre-approval or is it they have not accepted it yet? Sometimes guests look around and make several inquiries.
