airbnb fee quoted at reservation different from fee paid...why?

I am confused. This is the message I received from airbnb for a booking proposal

"Potential earnings
Based on your rate of £1379 per month (£1533 per month with fees) along with associated fees, your potential payout for this reservation is£1871."

I have just received a payout from them, and they say the following....

"We've issued you a payout of £1379 via Bank Transfer. This payout should arrive in your account by Feb 14, 2017, taking into consideration weekends and holidays.
02/06/2017 - 03/18/2017 xxxxxxxxxxxx £1379"

This amount goes up to middle March, airbnb quoted this as a monthly rate...it should have therefore been  02/06/2017 -02/05/2017, with the remainig days up to 02/18/2017 paid on top to make £1871??

Can you help me understand? Thanks

Hi Jerry 

Airbnb only pay out fees by the month. So you will receive the first months payment and then at the end of that period you will receive the remaining days fees.
