airbnb raised daily published fees to reflect their fees in my market but not in ALL markets?

My nightly fee is $195 plus a cleaning/plus airbnb fee. Today when i looked at my preview, my nightly fee is $243 a night because airbnb has factored in their fees and my cleaning fees and did it to my neighbors. This would be FINE, if they did it accross the board, but they haven't. The Jersey shore is still a published fee and when you click, it adds everythign on. While I think the new price is more honest and basically OK, by NOT doing it across the board people do not undertand EVERYTHING is now included so it just looks like me and my neighbors are charging $50 bucks more a night than other regions? Did this happen in your neck of the woord? We are in Santa Cruz, CA
