HI Everyone,

Can someone tell me who to contact regarding pay out?

I've got paid significantly less than my caledar calculation shows and no matter how I am calculating withh all the fees it's not adding up.

I've tried to contact the help center I ended up at Pioneer Customer care where we actualy  get paid from, but a constant automated email comes back that my email is not received and I have to have a Pioneer account given ALL my bank details in order to be able to communicate with them. I am stuck, don't know where to from here. Any help is much appreciated!

@Rita131 Are you sure that you've taken into account  a)whether the nightly rates have been set (by you) to lower than your default rate, and  b) the weekly or monthly discounts you might offer?

Just some ideas...
