auto accept of reservation when I have instructed not to

I correctly check the circle where no one can instantly book with me accepting.   Airbnb accepted a reservation for me and I had to cancel it.   It seems impossible to send them an email to correct my "punishment" to have to wait a year to be super host.   

 

I re checked my booking preferences, and it still states no auto accept (see enclosed pic).  The pic shows exactly how it is set.  Obviously if I tried to change it in anyway, Airbnb will be able to track that back.    

 

Did I not do something correctly?   Does anyone know how to contact Airbnb?   Thanks, Johnmy booking page on airbnb

Your photo isn't showing up for me. If your setting does not allow IB, but an IB went through, rather than cancelling the reservation yourself, in the future, you should call ABB & let them cancel for you, so that you will not be punished for the cancellation.
