cancelled booking

A guest booked in and after using the shower and return the next day to pick up his case. He then cancelled. What do I do to get money. and block this guest from doing this again.

With a strict cancellation policy you will get your money.  

You can report the guest by opening their profile and clicking on a small flag below the name.

I cannot see that this guest has done anything that needs flagging.  You cannot force anybody to stay against their will.  

Ah, now that I think about it, you are right @Marit-Anne0.

 

You can probably mention it in the review, @Les-And-Ruth0, that guest canceled for whatever reason.
