cancelled bookings I've never heard about

Hi there - when I look at the list of upcoming bookings 2 come up as cancelled that I never knew about - what I mean is I have never been in touch with these people or ever received a booking request from them.  I have a strict cancellation policy and all guests must send a reservation request - so I don't understand how these bookings even occurred for them to get cancelled.  Any insights into this?

This has happened to me a couple times.  Most likely these people tried to Instant Book and then their card was declined or there was an error in their verification.
