Airbnb gets a big "F" from me for their inaccessibility when it comes to getting questions answered. The pre-fab "Help" is no help at all when there is a particular live situation that needs some real-time input. Right now I'm about to lose not one, but two booking requests because my first request, whom I pre-approved, now can't confirm her booking because another request has come in for that same weekend and has "bumped" her from my pending bookings. Even though she received a pre-approved e-mail from Airbnb. And who at Airbnb is available to help me straighten this out? NO ONE! HELLOOOOOO..... ANYONE THERE????
