coffee

Our listing states that we provide coffee, tea, sugar and fresh milk.  Do we need to supply all of these items when we have guests staying for  a week or more? thanks

Unless the reservation is classified as "long term" (28+ days), I would think it would be expected to be provided.

I would say that if they are paying your full rate then yes but if you are offering a discounted rate for long term then no, but you should spell that out so they know what to expect.

You just need to put it in the listing:  'We will provide coffee, tea, sugar and milk for you for reservations of 3 days or fewer.  Beyond that, please purchase your own supplies as needed' OR  'We provide coffee, tea, sugar and milk.  Please let us know if you need additional supplies of these items.  For long stay guests (more than a week) we expect you will stock your own as you use them up.'

Or whatever.
