Hi @Jamie50 As @Karen77 said - guests can be travelling, out of range, don't have internet access etc. There are all kinds of explanations for the lack of contact. I used to worry about this too until I realized that if they don't get in touch, it doesn't really matter. Unless they cancel the booking, once that check-in day arrives, they're paying for it even if they haven't picked the keys up. I think as hosts we want to do so much for our guests that we can become like helicopter parents. And chances are you'll hear from your guest soon. Hope that helps! - Karen
