emails not getting through

My email responses to those who enquire about my property are not getting through?

I simply type in the reply box and click send.  But that does not work.

I simply type in the box below the enquiry and click send, but no luck?

Are you responding to the email itself, or within it? Makes a difference, as if you are responding by clicking REPLY you will go nowhere. You need to respond, not reply. Does that make sense?

I have only One way to doing it - while logged into AirBnB I type in the box above the received enquiry and click "send message".

I am not replying to the email that comes to my yahoo mailbox.

Is this the way to do it?  Seems not.

That is the way to do it! Not sure what is happening here sorry. You are doing it right.
