guest unable to book my aprtmn

Hello,

i would need some help from the experts 🙂 I have never met something like this before.

A guest would like to book my aprtmn but he says that he got a message  saying that "payment should be from on of the list"

I have not set any settings like restricting countries or so (i didnt even know if there was something like that)

All payment issues are a problem between the guest and Airbnb.

The guest pays Airbnb, they don't pay the host. There's nothing that a host can do.

Tell the guest that they must contact Airbnb to discuss the problem.

@Dancsa0 While Airbnb accepts many forms of payment, there are restrictions depending on the country of domicile of the guest.

If a guest has not entered a payment method in his profile, Airbnb will display a list of payment options when they attempt to book. That's probably what your guest was referring to.
