Hi,

looking for any help to understand why the potential earnings in the reservation details doesn't match the # nights x rate (less service fee). There is almost a $2k difference??? 

Could it be that the potential eranings is in US dollars?

Without more details it is not easy to answer

I simulated some bookings on your listing:

You set a 15 % weekly discount and a 25% monthly discount on your listing

(minimum stay is set to 7 nights, so there is allways a discount)
