how to change a reservation when in await payment?

Hello-

I have an "await payment" booking that I need to make a change to, but neither the 'change/cancel' or the 'make an offer' are available.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

I do not think you can until the reservation has gone through.

Does anyone have an information on this? I am a host and have a reservation in awaiting payment for the guest to pay. However, after speaking to the guest they want to reduce their stay from 7 to 6 nights - so if they pay, they will be paying too much.

Or do they pay for the 7 nights, then I change the reservation after payment to 6 nights and they will refunded one night?

Hi Zoe. Why don't you ask your guest to cancel their booking for 7 nights then redo the booking for 6 nights
