how to write a guest book

Do you mean in the actual Airbnb listing or are you talking about something for the guest to read when they arrive?

Best to write/laminate/paste (on wall) your House Rules which 'should' fit in one page.

Guest Book, to me at least, is a book for guest to write about their stay.

Start by thanking them for coming and wishing them a good stay. Easy on the rules. I have none, so cannot offer examples but I thought I'd get you started on a positive note!

I know that some hosts offer the wifi login submerged in the rules page, so when they ask for it the host can tell them it's on the sheet, making them WANT to read it. A good idea, I feel.
