i think my account might be blocked

i havent had any reservations requested since the beg. of the year, which, since this is the high season here in URuguay, is really not normal .  Plus several guests told me it was blocked.  i need to know if anyone has a phone number for airbnb, i cant see how to contact them any other way? ( yes, i tried all the things that were suggested to check if i accidentally blocked it, it is coming up on searches.... ) The only thing i can think of is that airbnb asked for the tax info., and when i sent it the screen went off, so maybe they never got it? thank you, marta

You did not specify which of your 3 listings are blocked, @Martha-Jean0, but I found the long term listing on the first page of the search so that one is not blocked.  There is a contact guide on this site under help.  Here is the link.

@Martha-Jean0, I was able to find all 3 listings very easily if I moved the map to Minas.

On each listing it seemed like the calendar was open for booking.

What does a person mean when they say a listing is "blocked"?

Usually that means the calendar has no open dates for a reservation, but all 3 calendars seem open.

The best way to contact AirBnB is still to use the Contact Us button on the help page.

You can put in your phone number and they will call you fairly quickly.
