is it possible to check a Guest previous stay history?

Hi all, I have a reservation with a guest. There is no review but is it possible to see if the guest had stayed with any host before? And ideally, is it possible to contact those previous host ?

Do you suspect there are other stays because the guest signed up some time ago, @Andrew575? If so, you could ask something like, "I see you signed up in 2012. Is this your first booking?" If the guest says he has used Airbnb before, it is fair to ask him why he has no reviews. 

But no, there is no way to see whether a guest has stayed anywhere previously if there are no reviews.
