payment change page freezes

payment change page freezes

I'm trying to change my payment method from paypal to bank transfer but after various attempts at adding my IBAN number and Swift and pressing "finished" the page freezes and and have to try again, with same result. Is there an issue with the page at present? Thanks, RR
