Hi there,

Can anyone explain why Airbnb did not send me payment for a tenancy that went from 8-13 August, while they did notify me of a payment being sent through for a 13-30 August tenancy?

I have contacted Airbnb twice but have not received a reply.

Hello @Rick114,

 

Could it be that they imposed a fine for the July cancellation and deducted it from your next guest's payout?

 

Depending on your payout method it can take several days for the payment to reach your account. Usually they'd have started the payout process for the 8th-13th reservation on the 9th so, under normal circumstances it should have arrived in your account by now.
