payout preferences

hi. my hostel in Dalat, Viet Nam. guest had paid for me on Airbnb, but i didn't get money in my account. Airbnb are Pending Verification but long time i don't see anything. and i want to add new payout method but it is not be. how can i resove my problem?

and when Airbnb check my payout preferences?

In that case it's best to get in touch with AirBnB customer support.  (Use the Help featue first, and eventually you will get the option to call or e-mail.)

Normally payouts happen one day after the guest checks in.
