Since airbnb changed the pricing method recently to a calendar listing, I have had major problems. Airbnb giving me false/ bad information and advice. I have lost bookings and income. I have been threatened by airbnb. Countless hours spent dealing with this one problem.  Pricing worked fine before the change, because the price variables were shown in the listing. My house prices vary because of - time of year and length of stay.  Forcing me to list one price only on the calendar creates several problems - irritated

customers and lost bookings, time spent dealing with this, lost income from lower priced contracts. Other landlords where I have my houses use the same pricing methods, based on daily, weekly and monthly rates.
