it seem that air bnb site accepts pre approvals easiler than decline messages.It keeps sending me alerts to respond to the inquires
that I have responded to mutiple time but will not go thur when I hit the send button. It won't accept my responses and than logs me as not responding
Your program needs some twinking to make it easiler for us host members to use
Also would be nice if airbnb set up a help line phone or email instant message to a help center with a knowlegeable people to help solve problems host members are having instead of just a community blog where you can only read other members problems with out getting anything solved
