"Evicting" guests

We have some guests that are unusual.  They are booked for 30 days.  They arived 3 days after their check in.  They have an additinal peron we have been unable to meet. We are pet friendly, but they did not disclose they had 2 dogs, one of which is at Rotwiler puppy.  They are not picking up animal waste.  Every time we try and meet with the 3rd person they are not there.  One person says they will be back that night, then

they tell us they will be gone for 3 days.  If this shady behavor continues can we evict them?

@Dan164:

You may ask a guest to leave if you are uncomfortable with guest's behavior or they are violating your house rules written in your listing. However, you should be prepared for whatever happens after you ask them to leave. Although their behavior may not be your behavior is it bad enough that it warrants asking them to leave or can you tolerate it for the next couple of weeks?

You may want to discuss it with Airbnb prior to taking action. Airbnb may even ask them to leave for you.

Everyone's idea of shady behaviour is different. The only thing I can see that they are doing wrong is not picking up dog mess? You should ask them to ensure they do so.

If they have paid for the 3rd person you don't really have any right to meet with the person or demand that they are there for you.

As for going away for 3 days - I really don't see why this is shady (unless there is more to this). People anywhere for a month may go on a trip, visit friends, etc...

Sounds like there must be much more to this than you are saying as if you 'evict; them on the grounds you describe then you will find that AirBnB sides with the guest and provides a full refund.
