"Smart" pricing - ridiculous price

Hi,

the recent updates to the "smart" pricing feature has let a guest book at a ridiculous price - about 1/4th of the FMV for new year's eve, as opposed to the "regular" price. I had customizations in the calendar to reflect those spikes and it was taken into account properly (you could see the price in the calendar), but suddenly for some reason they disappeared (not sure when).

What should I do? If I keep the booking, it will cost me almost 1,000 Euro in lost opportunity... I sent a message to AirBnB but didn't get a response yet.

I'm SO mad right now... Please help...
