Hi there,

I had a guest whose stay was approx $500AUD, but due to a refund, my account is sitting in approx $300DR due to a refund.

How do I pay the $300 back to Airbnb immediately or will it just take money from future bookings?

Is there an even an option to pay back this debt?

I had a guest cancel a 2 week confirmed reservation after staying 3 days;

can i charge a cancellation fee?  Confirmed reservations don't mean anything if they can be cancelled while in progress without penalty.

Hi Calvin, AirBnB will deduct the refund from your next income from them.
