request but no pre-approval option

Hi! I have guests that made a request and then they decide to confirm the booking. The problem is that I do not see any option to preapprove or either accept their booking, it only gives the option to "Respond Now" and when I click it I am just able only to answer to their message.

Is it my problem or my guests have to do something else? In my inbox their request shows "pending"

Guest are automatically being accepted.  I do not get a pre approval or decline option as i did.  Is this a problem with airbnb or has something been turned off? Anyone else experienced this and how do you rectify it?
